A: Unlike some of our competitors, we obtain our leads through marketing techniques designed specifically to attract real estate buyers and sellers. We are not giving free iPods, or gifts for filling out surveys.
Q: How do we know the leads are good (hot, fresh etc.)
A: Our marketing is designed specifically to target those in need to buy or sell real estate. We do not keep leads older then 5 days.
Q: How does Hot Realty Leads distribute the leads they get?
A: You define your coverage during sign up and you will only receive leads in your territory.
Q: Are Hot Realty Leads Exclusive?
A: Yes. Once a lead is bought – it is not sold to any other agent. Unlike our competitors, our leads are only sold once.
Q: Do you have a lead guarantee?
A: Your Credit card will not be billed for an invalid lead.
Q: What is the cost of the leads; how much does it cost?
A: There is a $49.95 membership fee monthly and each lead is $49.95
Q: What do I get for my membership?
A: A Monthly newsletter, tips on turning leads, tips on closing the deal, monthly recorded coaching call, free reports for buyers and sellers, and much more
Q: How do you screen your leads?
A: Our system automatically generates warm leads, if a lead is not valid you don’t pay!
Q: What information will I receive about my prospect?
A: You will get Name, Phone Number, E-mail, and information on what the client is looking for

A: You will receive an e-mail immediately upon a new client being placed in your account
Q: How many agents will receive the same lead?
A: We only sell the lead once. If you buy the lead – you will be the only one.
Q: How many leads can I get a month?
A: There is no limit, depending on the area you live and the amount of leads we obtain is the amount you will receive.
Q: Do you guarantee the number of leads I will receive each month?
A: There is no guarantee, however there is no contract and if you feel you are not receiving enough quality leads you can cancel at anytime.
Q: What if everyone in town signs up? Do you limit the number of people per area?
A: We limit the number of agents we allow in our system based on area population and market conditions.
Q: Can I buy leads for all the agents on my team?
A: After you buy the lead it is now owned by you and you can do whatever you choose with that lead.
Q: Do you sell leads to my competitors?
A: No, once we sell you the lead it will not be re-sold.
Q: Is there support? What if I have questions/Concerns? What are your hours?
A: Our customer support is open from 9:00 am to 5:00pm Monday Through Friday Mountain Standard Time (MTS) and e-mails are responded to within 24 hours.

Q: How am I billed?
A: You are billed once a month for the monthly membership fee, and every Thursday for the leads you don't
reject for the week prior. Your credit card will automatically be debited for these transactions.

Q: Why do I have to pay $49.95 month? What do I get for my $49.95?
A: We have a complete program offering leads to purchase and also training and support on how to convert these leads into sales. We offer a monthly training call along with a news letter and access to our entire catalog of sales training.
Q: This seems expensive?
A: Each agent will spend an average of up to $1500.00 each month through other advertising media to obtain just one buyer or seller. Our system allows you to generate multiple buyers and sellers for much less, and our system will teach and show you how to turn these leads.
Q: How Often can I update my accout?
A: As often as you like. This is all done real time online.
Q: What if I am out of town or on vacation?
A: You can request your membership be suspended for vacation.
