Participation Guidelines

While not all the online consumers provided by Hot Realty Leads will become a serious prospect, you should expect that approximately 10 to 20 percent of those consumers will ultimately generate transactions for you. In many cases it can take up to 9 months and maybe even longer to nurture these prospects. To support your efforts and show our commitment to your success, Hot Realty Leads makes a leading guarantee to all its members:

Hot Realty Leads guarantees that you will receive one closing or have at least one transaction in escrow from consumers provided from Hot Realty Leads within the first 6 months of your membership or you will receive the next 6 months of consumers absolutely free. If after 12 months you still do not enter into escrow on at least one of the consumers that Hot Realty Leads has sent you we will send you online consumers for up to an one additional year or until you open escrow derived from one of the online consumers that Hot Realty Leads has provided. During this period you will only pay your monthly membership and all the leads will be FREE.

In exchange for this guarantee, we ask that you do the following:

Although you may cancel at any time, your likelihood of success increases dramatically if you take a longer-term view of the program and at least mentally commit to 6 months.

Put into practice some critical habits that include:

Attempt to contact every consumer by phone and e-mail within hours of receiving the lead form Hot Realty Leads and continue to contact them for the next 72 hours of receiving the lead.
Reach out at least 3 times a day for 3 days, via e-mail and telephone calls.

Make yourself available to meet with every prospect that is interested in your services and ready to move the process forward.

Program Overvew

Online Consumers in Your Account

You will receive an e-mail that states that you have a new lead. In order to return the contact information of this lead you will need to log in to your account and view the referred contact information by clicking on the leads actual name. The form will contain relevant information about these online consumers such as name, phone number, e-mail address, and the attributes of the properties being considered by the consumer. Some clients may not receive lead e-mails due to the heightened security measures within their email providers.

Validation Policy

Our leads are all validated for an accurate phone number and/or email address before being sent to you. We typically reject more than 20% of all online consumers because of inaccurate information, however if you find that the e-mail address and phone number are not correct or true then simply reject the lead and let us know that the phone number and e-mail address are not accurate.

Your Leads

You will only receive leads from your selected territory and only up to 15 leads per month. If you can handle more then 15 leads a month and would like to receive more then 15 leads per month simply send us an e-mail to contact@hotrealtyleads.net and let us know that you can and want to accept more then 15 leads per month.

Billing

You will be charged each Thursday for the leads that have been not been rejected and in the acceptance stage for the previous week. Thursday through Wednesday. The charges for each month will be billed $49.95 per lead accepted. You will never be asked to pre-pay for a lead that has not yet been delivered or to pay a percentage of your commission on closed transactions for the leads. In addition to the lead fees, you will be charged a monthly membership fee of $49.95 on the day that you sign up and every 30 days after.

Payment Terms

For all leads accepted you will be billed once a week on Thursday. The subscription fee of $49.95 will be billed on the same day of every month starting the day that the subscriber signs up for services.

Payment of Charges

In order to receive services provided by Hot Realty Leads, subscriber agrees to pay, using a valid credit or debit card that Hot Realty Leads deems acceptable, all charges incurred on subscriber's account in order to access Fee-Based Services, applicable taxes, lead payment fees, and any other applicable fees. Hot Realty leads reserves the right to increase fees, impose surcharges, increase site subscription fees, or to institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted in advance on this site. Hot Realty Leads will automatically charge subscribers credit/debit card for any lead made available to the subscriber that is not rejected within 3 days from the time the lead is delivered to the agents login account and an e-mail is sent to subscriber. In the event Hot Realty Leads is unable to charge subscribers credit/debit card for fees incurred by subscriber, Hot Realty Leads reserves the right to cancel subscribers account and access to the Fee Based Services.

For purposes of identification and billing, Subscriber agrees to provide Hot Realty Leads with accurate information, and complete information to include Subscriber's name, address, telephone number (s), and applicable payment data (e.g., credit card number, e-mail address, and expiration date). Subscriber may check, using their self service account portal, to determine whether Subscriber's registration data is current and accurate, and, if not, to correct or update subscriber's registration data. Failure to comply with this provision may, at Hot Realty Leads option, result in immediate suspension or termination of Subscriber's right to use the Fee Based Services.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. To cancel your account you will need to send an e-mail to billing@hotrealtyleads.net and in the subject the word cancel must be placed as part of the subject field and must clearly request the termination of your account. We will acknowledge your cancellation request by email or telephone within 5 business days. If you do not receive an e-mail within this time period please call our customer service department to determine if your request was received.
As part of the cancellation process we may require you to complete and fax a signed copy of our cancellation form. You are responsible for completion and returning this form via fax.
Cancellation requests are only processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm mst. excluding holidays.
You are responsible for the payment of any charges incurred by your account from the time that the cancellation request was made until the account is terminated.
In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not have access granted to your account or the files or other content that is accessed in your account.
Hot Realty Leads has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services or any other Hot Realty lead services, for any reason and at Hot Realty Leads sole discretion, and at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all information in your account. Hot Realty Leads reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify FTA Investments Inc. and Hot Realty Leads, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, damages, losses, both actual and consequential, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, FTA Investments Inc. and Hot Realty Leads will provide you with written notice of such claim, action or suit.

General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, in the United States of America. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mohave County, Arizona, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web Site. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Hot Realty Leads as a result of this agreement or use of this website. Hot Realty Leads performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Hot Realty Leads right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website or information provided to or gathered by Hot Realty Leads with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this agreement shall continue in effect.
